Many of our customers go through difficult times – maybe being independent for the first time, living with a disability or even struggling financially. In such cases often a little extra support can make a big difference. An example of this is our tenancy support service, Supporting Foundations, which can offer help to individuals and households, supporting them to overcome any difficulties that may arise throughout their time with us.
Since we launched this service in 2015, we’ve been helping tenants settle into their new homes through this service and helping them to overcome issues they may have otherwise faced alone. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
We don’t just help when things have gone wrong. We’re always there for you, working with partner organisations to prevent things from escalating and keeping your community safe, secure and vibrant. If you need some support in your area, let us know and we’ll look into it for you.

We understand that our customers are the people who know their community the best, and often have the passion and vision to transform and enhance their local areas. Through volunteering, you have the opportunity to make a real difference and learn a thing or two along the way.
Linking in with external funders and training partners, we’ve developed a series of employability programmes designed to help you get the skills employers are looking for and increase your chances of landing that all-important job. If you’ve been out of work for a while, have never worked or just need a helping hand to go to the next level, our programmes could work for you.
Just like we’re committed to giving you the best possible home, we’re equally committed to the environment around it. We don’t like the jargon that comes from most utility providers – so we’ve set up a service to cut through the gobbledygook and get you the best possible deals.
We have a dedicated Energy Management Officer who can offer support to get the most out of your energy provider, and hopefully save you some money on your bills. This could include ensuring you are on the cheapest available tariff, on the best payment method for your budget right, supporting you to claim for any available subsidies and ensuring your home is well insulated so the heat you pay for stays within your home.
In 2015/16 we generated energy savings of more than £6,000 for customers, just by switching energy suppliers. We insulated over 100 lofts and cavity walls and undertook research into the suitability of renewable technologies for our homes.
