Getting to Know You

Our customers are individual and have many different needs. We have been carrying out an extensive survey of our customers to make sure that we get a real understanding of those needs.

All the responses we receive will be confidential and will not be passed on. The survey is being carried out purely to allow us to shape our services. For example, we have looked at languages spoken so we can identify what languages we need to produce our information booklets. It will also help us review our interpretation service.

We have also looked at: gender; ethnicity; disability; medical conditions; general communication needs; religion and sexuality.
