Acis Development Services Limited (ADSL) was established as a separate company in August 2010 to provide a commercial development services to registered providers. ADSL operates from Acis House in Gainsborough.

ADSL‘s mission is to provide an efficient and effective development service to turn development and funding opportunities into homes for those in housing need.

ADSL’s objectives for  the first three years are:

• To create a service based organisation whose primary goal is to deliver the Acis Group Development programme for 2010-13
• To develop strong and effective collaborative working relationships with local authorities and development partners
• To generate an average 1% return on sales and 20% return on capital per year

At ADSL success is important and so too is the way we achieve it. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do. We will be honest, respectful, positive, enthusiastic, collaborative and customer led.

The main schemes in which ADSL are initially involved are:

• 72 properties at Church Lane, Sleaford
• 20 properties at Shuttlewood Road, Boslover
• 12 properties at Axholme Road, Epworth
