Resident involvement has achieved many things for Acis Group customers including the introduction of initiatives such as free telephone access to a repairs appointment system.
We are committed to providing opportunities to improve our services through resident involvement and reporting any positive impact to all our customers through a variety of ways:
Website
We will be providing updates in this section on recent changes, new ways to get involved and service changes as a result of your involvement.
Newsletters
Regular updates are published in 'Home News' and 'Housing Options'.
Resident Involvement Statements
We produce an annual Resident Involvement Statement which is consulted on with customers and highlights achievements, future plans and ways to get involved. Click on the links below for recent copies.

You Ask, We Deliver
Customer suggestions, comments and complaints are used to improve services and these are reported in our customer newsletters. A recent example was suggestions from Sheffield tenants to provide “security measures” to properties due to concerns of ASB on the estates. We have planned to make windows, doors and lighting to the secure by design standard on all our properties in Sheffield.
Impact Assessment Bank
All Resident Involvement initiatives, such as surveys, meetings, training, service reviews etc, are logged to highlight what customer involvement has achieved in improving homes and services. We are currently reviewing our Impact Assessment Bank and the way we record this information.
