This is no ordinary resident involvement opportunity. It has the clout to get things done!

This new resident involvement initiative allows real scrutiny of customer facing services and issues operating on behalf of tenants and residents, ensuring that Acis provide tenant-centred services of the highest standard. It also ensures greater transparency in how the organisation operates and puts tenants at the heart of the organisation.

The Scrutiny Panel has been developed by a Tenant Steering group with support from the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS).

We have recently recruited tenant volunteers to sit on our Tenant Led Scrutiny Panel. However, if you would like to submit an application for the Scrutiny Panel, it will be kept on file until a place becomes available.
