Grounds maintenance and estate services cover many aspects such as:
- Grass cutting
- Shrub maintenance

- Responding to incidents of fly tipping and graffiti

- Dry store clearance
For the Gainsborough/Rural locations, grounds maintenance is carried out by Continental Landscapes on our behalf. Clearance works are carried out directly by Acis, with smaller contractors looking after block cleaning.

In Sheffield, our grounds maintenance and estate services contractor is Vale Contract Services. Block cleaning is undertaken by Cinderella Cleaning Services.

We assess estate standards via inspections undertaken with tenants and through audits undertaken by staff in our Neighbourhoods team.
We will continue to ensure that contract requirements are fully adhered to on our grounds maintenance and cleaning contracts and that standards are fully met.
