There are a number of ways repairs can be reported. You can:

What information will I need to give the repairs team?

To help us provide a fast and efficient service our repairs team will need the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Contact number, if available
  • As much information as possible about your repair
  • When you will be available for our repair team to visit and inspect or carry out the repair.

Will an inspector visit to look at the repair?

No, not always. So that we can complete your repair quickly, we use a system called Repairs Locator. It helps us identify most repairs over the phone and cuts down the time it takes to complete your repair.

If an inspection is needed an appointment will be arranged with you. Once the inspection has taken place an appointment will be set to complete the repair.
