We offer a number of different ways to try to help prevent homelessness including:
- Mediation with family and friends
- Negotiation with landlords and agents
- Signposting to specialist agencies
- Advice on housing rights
- Financial help with deposits, admin fees and rent in advance on privately rented properties
- Advice on maximising benefits or paying off rent arrears
