We offer housing advice to people who own their own homes. We can help advise on issues such as problems paying the mortgage, property rights, relationship breakdown and domestic violence.
Where possible, we will try to help you stay in your home and work with you to achieve this. We also signpost people to other organisations with specialist knowledge such as Citizens Advice Bureau or Women’s Aid.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are facing any difficulties. We are much more likely to be able to help if we have time to sort things out.
If you have to leave your home and may be threatened with homelessness, we may be able to provide temporary accommodation or offer help with the deposit on a privately rented property.
If you own your own home you can also apply for a rented property with Acis Group. We will consider your housing circumstances and may be able to offer you somewhere else to live if you are in housing need.
