With Acis Group:
We manage 5,000 properties for rent. If you would like to rent one of our properties you will need to fill in an application form so we can add your name to our Housing Register.
This allows us to consider you for re-housing alongside our other customers. Please note we have to give priority to those people who most need to be re-housed.
If you already rent a property you can apply for a transfer or a mutual exchange. To find out more click on the Mutual Exchange link on the left.
With other Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations):
If you apply for housing with us you will also be considered for some properties that become available with other registered social landlords in the West Lindsey area. You can also apply directly to them as they have their own waiting lists too.
With a private landlord:
We can offer advice about properties available to rent with some private landlords. We can give you advice about the rent and other costs you are likely to face. We can also put you in touch with other agencies that may be able to help you find a suitable property or help with these costs.
