Your tenancy
When the property you have been allocated is ready to let, your Area Housing Manager will get in touch to arrange an appointment. You'll be shown around your new home and will go through the necessary paperwork.
Your Area Housing Manager will answer all your questions. They will also help you to fill in any forms, such as housing benefit forms, in connection with your tenancy.
You will be given a welcome pack, which includes useful information about our services. It also gives you information about your property and the area you are moving in to.
