Your Tenancy
When the property you have been allocated is ready to let, your Area Housing Manager will contact you to arrange an appointment to show you round the property and complete the necessary paperwork for you to move into your new home.
The appointment is an opportunity for you to meet your Area Housing Manager so that you know who to contact if you have any queries regarding your tenancy and also to answer any questions you may have.
Your Area Housing Manager will explain what your obligations as a tenant are and what the obligations of Acis are, as your landlord. They will also assist you to fill in any forms, such as housing benefit forms, in connection with your tenancy.
Your Area Housing Manager will provide you with a welcome pack, which contains useful information about the services we provide and also give you information about your property and the area you are moving in to.
