Acis has a comprehensive repair service in line with our duties as landlords under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. This means we will repair:
- The structure and outside of your home including roofs, chimneys, windows, doors, walls, drains and gutters.
- Inside we will maintain our fittings including heating, toilet and bath, kitchen cabinets, water supply, gas and electrical items.

On some occasions it may be necessary to replace or improve rather than repair. In those cases, the work will be dealt with by the planned maintenance team who handle all home improvements.
