Acis has a comprehensive repair service in line with our duties as landlords under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
This means we will repair:
- The structure and outside of your home including roofs, chimneys, windows, doors, walls, drains and gutters.
- Inside we will maintain our fittings including toilets, baths, kitchen cabinets, water supply, gas and electricity heating appliances.
Although this is not a complete list it gives a brief example of major elements of your home that Acis will maintain. Further details are available in the Tenant Handbook or in the Guide to Repairs Service leaflet.
On some occasions it maybe necessary to replace or improve rather than repair. In those cases, the work will be dealt with by planned maintenance team who handle all home improvements.
Each repair will be booked at the time of it being reported. We will agree a convenient date and time for our experienced trade team to call to carry out your repair.
