How long will it take for my repair to be completed?

All repairs are categorised into response periods depending on the type of repair. 

  • Emergency Repairs are completed within 24 hours.
  • Urgent Repairs are completed with 7 calendar days.
  • Routine Repairs are completed within 28 calendar days.

However, the following briefly summarises the likely categories.

Emergency

  • Burst water main
  • Loss of electricity to sockets and lights
  • Fire damage
  • Loss of heating to vulnerable tenants in winter periods
  • Loss of hot water to vulnerable tenants in winter periods
  • Breach of security
  • Gas leak

Urgent

  • Minor plumbing leaks
  • Heating faults
  • Minor electrical faults
  • Damage to stair treads

Routine

  • All general joinery repairs
  • All general brickwork repairs
  • Damp
  • Day to day replacement items
  • Leaking overflows
