What happens if I have an emergency repair outside normal hours?
Acis operate an emergency call out service, which operates outside of our normal office hours.
Call 0800 027 2057 and you will be directed to our emergency service.
This should only be used when a true emergency is present and you cannot manage until the next working day.
This may include:
- Burst water main
- Loss of electricity to sockets and lighting
- Loss of heating to vulnerable tenants in winter months (31 Oct – 1 May)
- Loss of hot water to vulnerable tenants in winter months(31 Oct – 1 May)
- Breach of security
- Gas leak
- Fire damage

Please only use this call out service if it is a real emergency. You may be charged for a call-out if it proves not to be an emergency.
If the situation is not a health and safety risk, you may be asked to leave the problem until the next working day.
