What are qualifying repairs?
As a landlord we have a duty to undertake repairs within reasonable timescales. If we do not then you have the right to repair the fault and deduct the cost from your rent account.
However, it should be understood that this applies only when Acis has failed to meet its repair obligation. If a court should decide later that Acis did not fail in its obligations then the costs will have to be met by the tenant.

Who will carry out my repair?
We use our own Property Maintenance team for routine responsive repairs and specialist contractors for repairs such as gas maintenance.
