Acis has a list of Local Offers which have been produced in consultation with tenants. Local Offers are service standards or promises agreed with tenants. They are additional to the national standards set out by the TSA that Acis is required to meet.
We monitor our performance through various ways ranging from customer mystery shopping to internal audits. We also carry out spot checks and use computerised systems to measure the services we are offering such as telephone call-handling.
