As one of our tenants, you’ll benefit from a wide range of services we deliver. From fixing things to helping you plan your future, we’re here for you no matter what. We’re about more than bricks and mortar. 

We can help with the day to day management of your tenancy – from rent or service charge queries to tackling antisocial behaviour issues, we’re here for you. Our contact centre is available 24/7 so if anything goes wrong, we’re here to put it right. The contact centre is here to answer the vast majority of your enquiries, including reporting a repair, telling us about an issue in your area and paying your rent. And if you need more tenancy advice, you can contact your dedicated Area Service Manager through the freephone number as well.

Our teams are on hand to support you throughout your tenancy. You might see our neighbourhood and sustainable communities teams out and about, working to support you by making sure our communities are clean, tidy, safe and secure ones. 

Everyone should be able to enjoy peace and quiet in their own home and feel safe and secure in their neighbourhood. Neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, noisy neighbours, crime and violence – otherwise known collectively as antisocial behaviour – causes people to worry and feel unsettled. Most things can usually be worked through, and we can help with this. But where real issues arise, our dedicated antisocial behaviour team is committed to working with partner agencies to take action against people causing this unrest in your neighbourhood.

We carry out regular estate inspections and keeping neighbourhoods tidy by removing rubbish and carrying out grounds maintenance. You can find out when we’re next in your area on our events page.

We also run an Acis in Bloom outdoor spaces competition so green-fingered tenants could pick up some recognition for their efforts to keep their areas looking good. 

We can also support you with a variety of services, including energy management to help you save money on bills and skills training to help you achieve your goals.
