Renting with Acis
We offer a wide variety of homes to rent, to suit a range of requirements and budgets. We provide affordable housing, from small flats to large family homes, for people on low-incomes who are in housing need.
Unlike privately rented homes, social housing is allocated according to housing need. In the local authority areas we cover, we advertise and allocate our available homes to rent through Choice Based Lettings (CBL) schemes run by local authorities. In these areas, the local authority criteria will be used to assess your eligibility and housing need.
