EP-19 | Supporting you during the pandemic
Following the announcement from the Government on 4 January 2021, we understand that the introduction of a third lockdown may have caused some worry about what’s to come.
It’s important to us that these concerns don't go unnoticed.
Our EP19 support project offers vital support to people who live in our communities.
Backed by grants from The National Lottery Community Fund, the project is designed to reach out to our customers and check-in on both their physical and mental wellbeing.
We offer support over the phone and can signpost customers to organisations that can help with things like:
- Loneliness
- Immediate need for food or prescriptions
- Finance and debt difficulties
- Education, training and employment opportunities
- Support for families and children
- Safeguarding concerns
- Home aids and adaptations
