We are always looking to improve the way we work and recent changes mean our neighbourhoods teams are going to be out and about in our communities even more.
So we’d like to remind you about the ways in which you can get in touch with us when you need us or have a query.
Your first port of call should always be our Customer Contact Centre. Our brilliant team are on hand throughout our working hours to answer your calls and should be able to help with many queries.
If you need to speak your Area Service Manager, you will need to make an appointment with them so they can either come to see you or arrange for you to pop into the office.
Appointments must be made to see one of our people to guarantee being able to meet them as our teams will be out and about more in the coming weeks and months.
