We are always looking for ways to improve how customers can contact us and use our services in flexible ways.
One way we have done this is with the introduction of our new live chat system – and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Back in June we approached a group of customers who had expressed an interest in supporting us in testing the user experience of new digital services.
And they did just that.
Offering great feedback and giving our Customer Contact Centre team a great test, the five customers involved have helped shape the service to what it currently is.
Each customer has received a letter of thanks responding to their feedback along with a £10 voucher for giving their time to help us deliver a new service for you.
