EP19 | More than 6,000 welfare calls made in 2020

Following Monday’s announcement of a new national lockdown, we wanted to remind you that our EP19 team are still here to help.

While the ongoing pandemic has been a challenge for all of us, our EP19 project has allowed us to focus our support on the customers who need us most.

From wellbeing calls and weekly chats to delivering food and prescriptions, the team have always gone above and beyond to make sure our communities are looked after.

We’re delighted to announce that more than 5,750 welfare calls were made to customers between March and September 2020.

While the majority of these calls were made to our more vulnerable customers; the reach of the project continues to grow.

For example, in the last two months of 2020, we were able to contact and support an additional 758 students living in our properties.

The pandemic might have disrupted many of our plans this Christmas, but we all did our best to try and make the holidays feel a little more festive.

To help bring the Christmas spirit back to some of our regular customers, our EP19 team even arranged for 95 small gifts to be delivered to their doorsteps.

While the stress of the pandemic is likely to stick around for a little while longer, we want you to know that you won’t have to face any of this alone.

If you or someone you know could benefit from the support of our EP19 team, you can get in touch with them today by calling 0800 027 2057 or emailing EP.Support@acisgroup.co.uk
