EP-19 | Supporting you during the pandemic

Following yesterday's Coronavirus briefing, we understand that the introduction of new government safety guidelines may have caused some to worry about what’s to come.

It’s important to us that these concerns don't go unnoticed.

Our EP19 support project offers vital support to people who live in our communities.

Backed by grants from The National Lottery Community Fund, the project is designed to reach out to our customers and check-in on both their physical and mental wellbeing.

We offer support over the phone and can signpost customers to organisations that can help with things like:

  • Loneliness
  • Immediate need for food or prescriptions
  • Finance and debt difficulties
  • Education, training and employment opportunities
  • Support for families and children
  • Safeguarding concerns
  • Home aids and adaptations

If you or someone you know needs support during this difficult time, we’re here to help get you through.

For more information or to get in touch with a member of our team, call 0800 027 2057 or email us at EP.Support@acisgroup.co.uk
