Delivered quarterly, our customer satisfaction surveys cover everything from feeling happy and safe at home to getting good value for money.
Surveys will be conducted over the phone, so if you're an Acis tenant, you may get a call in the next two weeks asking you to take part.
If you do receive a call, it will be from a company called Acuity who are helping us to deliver the survey.
