Manor Assembly day of action

This week we joined Manor Assembly and took part in another Community Action Day, this time, in the Lower Manor area of Sheffield.

The aim of the day was to bring the community together and make the area feel more secure, cared for and proud of where they live.

Our people have been joining forces with partners including South Yorkshire Police and Manor Castle Development Trust to do some litter picking and safety talks in a bid to improve community engagement.

This week saw some litter picking along streets such as Alison Crescent, Normancroft Way and Normancroft Drive.

We’re hoping to be involved in further community projects in the future. Keep an eye out for our next one.
