More than 40 young people get free gifts from Santa at Christmas fayre in Gainsborough

xmas with santa

More than 40 young people who attended a Christmas event at the Gainsborough Uphill Community Centre were given a free gift from Santa. The event, that was held by us, saw over 40 young people and their parents take part in free Christmas activities on Saturday 9 December.

The event featured card and biscuit decorating, story time with Santa, free food and a free selection box present for every young person who attended.

Claire Tunstall, our Customer Engagement Coordinator, said: “The Christmas event was a great success and a lot of fun. It was amazing to see so many parents and young people attend. The children really enjoyed the stories and loved the gifts they got. We had some fantastic feedback from parents who said they had a wonderful time and appreciated the hard work that had been put into the event.”
