With the pandemic leaving many of us stuck at home, we wanted to remind you of what we're doing to help keep you happy, healthy and most of all, safe.
Don't forget, we have a number of resources available if you need any advice or support.
From befriending services and weekly welfare check-ins to help around the house, check out our range of support services available below!
EP19:
Our EP19 service is available for anyone struggling with the pressures of the pandemic, whether that be emotional, physical or financial.
Backed by grants from The National Lottery Community Fund, the project is designed to reach out to our customers and check-in on both their physical and mental wellbeing.
We offer support over the phone and can signpost customers to organisations that can help with things like:
- Loneliness
- Immediate need for food or prescriptions
- Finance and debt difficulties
- Education, training and employment opportunities
- Support for families and children
- Safeguarding concerns
- Home aids and adaptations

Acis HomePlus:
Acis HomePlus are on hand to help you and your family live more comfortably in the homes you love.
From adaptations that make your home more accessible to smaller jobs like changing light bulbs - our friendly team are only a call away!
Our handyperson service is also available to help sort the jobs you can’t. We can even arrange for a cleaner to come around regularly to keep your home spick and span.

Riverside Training:
Whether you're an Acis tenant or not, did you know you can access a fantastic range of employability and wellbeing support over at our adult education centre, Riverside Training.
With more than 15 years experience in delivering quality training services, why not make the most of your free time by trying one of our fantastic free courses.
From 1-2-1 CV advice to crafting classes, there's something for every age and ability.
To help you get set up, we've also uploaded a great range of resources over on our website. With lots of video tutorials and regular updates, you'll find everything you need here!
