More than bricks - research report - out now

Our phones will be down on 1 November 2017

Orange phone

All our phones except our freephone number will be down on 1 November 2017 as we are upgrading the telephone system. This means any direct calls into the organisation will not work and calls might not come through to us.

Our freephone number will still work through this upgrade so any calls made into Acis should come through there. Our freephone number is 0800 027 2057.

The upgrade will happen sometime after 10am and the downtime is expected to be anywhere between 30 minutes to four hours. BT are unable to work out of hours so this is why the upgrade has to be done during the day.
