More than bricks - research report - out now

Social housing providers should take a lead in delivering support packages to help people overcome barriers in their lives, according to our new report.

We are up for a further two awards

Acis nominated for TPAS award

We have been shortlisted for a further two awards, recognising our work with the local community.

We have been shortlisted at the TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) North Awards in the Annual Report and Employment and Skills categories.

Our annual report to tenants was in part delivered as an innovative video using augmented reality to bring the regular Home News magazine to life through smart phone technology. It is our work with partner Gainsborough Construction Career College, giving young people real life work experience to renovate empty properties, which has seen it shortlisted in the employment and skills category. The awards will be handed out at a prestigious ceremony in Manchester in March.

It comes just weeks after we were shortlisted for two prizes at the Efficiency East Midlands Building Community Awards, which will be awarded in February.

Our annual report to tenants can be found on our performance page on our website.
