World Mental Health Day 2020 | Looking after your mental health

This Saturday marks World Mental Health Day, a campaign dedicated to raising awareness around mental health and advocating for better and more accessible support services.

According to charity MIND, one in four people will experience a mental health problem each year in England.

However, they also claim that only one in eight adults are currently getting any kind of treatment to support them.

With this in mind, we’ve decided to dedicate World Mental Health Day to recognising the many free and low-cost services available to our staff and customers.

Here's a list of the support services covering Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Sheffield.
