- 24/7 access, 365 days a year: The confidential helpline is available for you to access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Support: You can make unlimited calls for support about everything from exam stress, academic pressures, anxiety and relationships, to bereavement, financial worries, and more.
- Legal information: Get advice on housing and property law, immigration and consumer rights.
- Bereavement support: Experienced counsellors can help with grief and related stress.
- Medical information: Qualified nurses are on hand to offer advice on a range of medical and health-related issues. They can’t diagnose but can offer a sympathetic ear and practical information and advice.
But don’t forget to reach out to the reception team at your site who will be able to provide you with support should you need it.
How do I register?
If you live with us and haven't yet registered, contact reception and we'll be able to send you the link and instructions on what you need to do. If you're due to arrive with us soon, you'll be receiving information on how to register very soon.
Important: If you register with Howden for Students with your email address, you must confirm the registration link you receive in your inbox to complete the registration process.
The offer is open to all students, with overseas students being able to register ahead of arriving in the UK.
