Step outside your comfort zone

his course is designed to help you understand and embrace the benefits of stepping outside your comfort zone.  

You’ll explore the different stages of the comfort zone and learn practical strategies to move beyond it with confidence.  

Through group discussions, presentations, and worksheets, you’ll gain insight into building resilience, setting future goals, and identifying healthy versus unhealthy coping strategies.  

By engaging in collaborative activities, you'll develop the skills needed to navigate challenges and take steps toward personal growth, all while enhancing your ability to adapt and thrive in new situations. 

Entry requirements:

No prior knowledge is needed to attend these sessions.

All materials will be provided by the tutor  

Teaching method:

The course will be face to face in a classroom 

How is your progress checked:

Learners will be asked to complete a personal learning record and weekly feedback during their course.   

The tutor will offer regular feedback through informal and formal methods.

No extra study at home

Arrive slightly prior to the course starting to allow time for checking ID
