Our work
Our work spans a wide variety of projects and programmes, working with a number of different partner organisations and funders. But they all have the end goal – helping people realise their full potential.

Work and Health Programme
We run health and wellbeing courses on behalf of Shaw Trust as part of their delivery of the government’s Work and Health Programme. Most courses are delivered online and help people to build up their confidence and resilience as they look to return to work.

Adult education in Lincolnshire
We serve up a range of different courses to support people to pick up new skills in everything from English and maths to first aid and mental health. These free courses aim to support the Lincolnshire community to prosper.
Thrive
Project Thrive aims to increase community engagement and improve lives by fostering pride in the area, supporting mental health, and promoting a positive environment. The project helps people overcome mental health challenges to better participate in economic activities or volunteering, driving local economic growth and enhancing community wellbeing.
STEPs
STEPS (Support Towards Employment and Personal Success) provides intensive and wrap-around one-to-one support to move people closer towards mainstream provision and employment, supplemented by additional and/or specialist life and basic skills support where there are local provision gaps in Acis Group's tenanted areas.
West Lindsey District Council STEPs
This project aims to support people to access basic skills, access mental and physical health support leading to employment, engage in job searching and to gain and sustain employment. It is focused in rural areas and Market Rasen.

Skills Bootcamp
Skills Bootcamps are free courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the chance to build sector-specific skills with a guaranteed job interview at the end, giving learners a direct line of sight into a job. Discover more about the project.
