Moving somewhere new can feel like a lot, but you won’t be figuring things out on your own.
At Acis Students, our onsite teams are here to support you throughout your stay. Whether you need help settling in, have a question about your flat, or just need pointing in the right direction, there’s always someone available to help.
What support includes
Our teams are here to help with:
- Settling in and getting to know your building
- Questions or issues in your flat or with flatmates
- Wellbeing support and guidance
- Practical help with parcels, maintenance, or your tenancy
- Signposting to additional university or external support services if needed

Each Acis Students property has a dedicated onsite team who are your first point of contact during your stay.
How to access support
If you need support during your stay, you can:
- Visit the reception or onsite office at your property
- Speak directly to a member of the onsite team
