What you need to know:

• A booking fee is still required at the time of sign-up.
• A minimum tenancy of 44 weeks is required. 
• This incentive is only available until 31 August 2025.
• You need to have booked direct with Acis Students, if you’ve booked via a third party introduction agency or referrer who Acis Students have paid a fee to for the introduction or referral you will not be eligible.

• There's no limit to the number of students you can refer.
• All students referred must commit to a minimum of 44-week contract.
• The discount will be applied to your final rent statement
• A booking fee is still required at the time of sign-up.
• Referred students must not have any outstanding historic debt with us and must not have lived with Acis Students at any time during the period of academic year 2024 to 2025.
• This incentive is limited to the first 50 returning students across all Acis Students sites who meet the criteria above or if the interest is less, those who have met the criteria before 31 August 2025.
