  • A booking fee is still required at the time of sign-up.
  • A minimum tenancy of 44 weeks is required.

  • You need to have booked direct with Acis Students, if you’ve booked via a third party introduction agency or referrer who Acis Students have paid a fee to for the introduction or referral you will not be eligible.

If you're booking direct with us all you need to do to reserve your room for 2025 to 2026 is head to SAM and follow the steps. You can also book through Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Nottingham, we've included some information about this too.
