DEFINITIONS:

Acis Student online booking system:  Is the System Accommodation Manager (‘SAM’) which is used to accept applications for student accommodation provided by Acis Students

Incentive: The Referrer’s choice between either the sum of £30 in Love2shop Vouchers or the sum of £50 deducted from the Referrer’s rent for either the Relevant Academic Year or the Current Academic Year.

Incentive Period:  Is the period from the start of the Incentive (1 February 2024) to the end of the Incentive (23:59 on 31 March2024).

Relevant Academic Year:  Is the academic year during which the Incentive is valid, namely the 2024-2025 academic year.

Current Academic Year:  Is the academic year during which the Incentive is being redeemed, namely the 2023-2024 academic year.

Referee:  Is a student who has never booked or lived in student accommodation provided by Acis Students.

Referrer: Is either an existing student who is currently living in accommodation provided by Acis Students or is a new student who has completed an application for student accommodation provided by Acis Students directly with Acis Students and paid their booking fee to stay in the Relevant Academic Year.

In order for the Incentive to be payable:

1. the Referee must complete their booking for student accommodation directly with Acis Students during the Incentive Period.
2. the Referee must have paid the associated booking fee within the Incentive Period.
3. the Referee must have had their booking for student accommodation confirmed by Acis Students.
4. the Referee must have booked for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year.
5. the Referee must have provided a valid email address at the time of booking.
6. the Referrer must be one of the first 60 Referrer’s to have made a referral during the Incentive Period that satisfies all these terms and conditions.
7. the Referrer must either be in a current booking with Acis Students within the Current Academic Year and/or be a future student who has completed a booking within the Relevant Academic Year

The Referrer will not be eligible for this Incentive if one or more of the following apply:

1. the Referee has already been the subject of a valid referral.
2. the Referee’s booking is for a stay less than 44 weeks.
3. Referee's booking is for a stay outside of the Relevant Academic Year.
4. the Referrer has an outstanding debt with Acis Students, however it has arisen.
5. the Referee has booked their student accommodation through a University or Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to a Nominations Agreement between Acis Students and the relevant University.
6. the Referee has booked student accommodation with Acis Students outside of the Incentive Period. For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking made by either the Referrer or the Referee during the Incentive Period will not create a valid referral.

DEFINITIONS :

The rent reduction  the rent reduction is the sum of £250 which is deducted from your final rental payment, whether that is a monthly installment or termly payment plan.  This sum cannot be used as a booking fee.

Booking Period  is the period during which the application must be fully completed in, namely no later than 23:59 on 1 January 2024.

Eligible Customer  is a customer who has met the relevant eligibility criteria.

Relevant Academic Year  is the academic year during which the incentive is valid, namely the 2024-2025 academic year.

Incentive  £250 off rent for the next academic year for returning students, if the accommodation booking is completed by 23:59 on the 1 January 2024.

An Eligible Customer who re-books student accommodation with Acis Students before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year by using the Acis Student online booking system will be entitled to receive the Incentive subject to the following conditions:

1. The application is submitted within the Application Period and the booking is fully completed no later than the end of the Booking Period.  For a booking to be fully completed all the following actions must be completed in full:
   1.  The Tenancy Agreement for student accommodation with Acis Students must have been signed by the Eligible Customer,
   2. the Guarantor Agreement must be completed in full and meet our acceptance criteria as per the Guarantor Agreement,
   3. the Guarantor Agreement must be signed,
   4. both the completed and signed Tenancy Agreement and the completed and signed Guarantor Agreement must be returned to Acis Students before the end of the Booking Period.
2. The booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer must have been provided at the time of booking
4. The Eligible Customer must have checked into their booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period
5. The Eligible Customer must be one of the first twenty Eligible Customers to make a completed Application during the Booking Period via the Acis Student online booking system for The Trigon or the Eligible Customer must be one of the first twenty Eligible Customers to make a completed Application during the Booking Period via the Acis Student online booking system for Raleigh Park

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one or more of the following apply:

1. Your booking is for a short stay
2. Your booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
4. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2023-2024 tenancy
5. You have booked your student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement
6. You have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer
7. Your application is not one of the first twenty applications received by The Trigon or is not one of the first twenty applications received by Raleigh Park from an Eligible Customer

Referee   is an Eligible Customer who has been referred by a Referrer and who completes an application during the Application Period and Booking Period via Acis Student online booking system in the Relevant Academic Year and is not currently in a Tenancy Agreement with Acis Students.

Relevant Academic Year is the academic year during which the incentive is valid, namely the 2024-2025 academic year.

Incentive £100 off rent for the next academic year for returning students who have referred a friend who is also an Eligible Customer and has made a fully completed booking in line with the terms and conditions of this incentive during the Relevant Academic Year.

Where both the Referrer and the Referee each completes their own booking through Acis Student online booking system before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year by using the Acis Student booking system, the Referrer will be entitled to receive the Incentive subject to the following conditions:

1. Both the Referrer and the Referee have each submitted within the Application Period and both bookings are fully completed no later than the end of the Booking Period. For a booking to be fully completed all the following actions must be completed in full:
   1. the relevant tenancy agreement for the Referrer’s student accommodation with Acis Students must have been signed by the Eligible Customer
   2. the relevant tenancy agreement for the Referee’s student accommodation with Acis Students must have been signed by the Eligible Customer,
   3. the Guarantor Agreement for the Referrer must also be completed and signed,
   4. the Guarantor Agreement for the Referee must also be completed and signed,
   5. both the completed and signed Tenancy Agreement and the completed and signed Guarantor Agreement for the Referrer must be returned to Acis Students before the end of the Booking Period,
   6. both the completed and signed Tenancy Agreement and the completed and signed Guarantor Agreement for the Referee must be returned to Acis Students before the end of the Booking Period.
2. Both the Referrer’s and the Referee’s booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year.
3. Both the Referrer and the Referee must provide a valid email address at the time of booking.
4. Both the Referrer and the Referee must have checked into their respective booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period.
5. The Referrer must be one of the first twenty-five Eligible Customers to make a valid referral using the Incentive at The Trigon or the Referrer must be one of the first twenty-five Eligible Customers to make a valid referral using the Incentive at Raleigh Park.

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one of more of the following apply:

1. You are already a valid Referee.
2. Your booking is for a short stay.
3. Your booking is for a semester stay.
4. You do not complete the full duration of your respective tenancies for student accommodation with Acis Students (in which case the incentive amount would be owed back).
5. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2023-2024 tenancy.
6. You or your Referee have booked your respective student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement.
7. You or your Referee have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking made by either the Referrer or the Referee during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer or referral.
