We’re excited to be nearing completion on our latest housing development in Louth, Lincolnshire, where we’re creating 47 new energy-efficient homes designed for modern living and future sustainability.
As an organisation that owns and manages nearly 7,000 homes across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and the Humber, this development marks an important milestone for us. It’s our first scheme using modern methods of construction, featuring high-quality timber frame homes.
Located on the site formerly known as Birch Road in the southeast of Louth, the development – now named Regent Place – is being delivered in partnership with Danum Developments and supported by funding from Homes England and East Lindsey District Council.
Once complete in early 2026, Regent Place will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes available for rent and shared ownership, with shares starting from 10 per cent (subject to financial assessment).
As part of our commitment to tackling climate change and helping customers save on energy costs, every home will include:
- An electric vehicle charging point
- Solar panels
- An air source heat pump - all fitted as standard.
We’ve also prioritised accessibility, with four two-bedroom bungalows built to accessible and adaptable standards.
Mark Jones, Director of Property Services at Acis Group, said: “It’s important for us at Acis Group to build homes that meet local needs while also helping us work towards the government’s goal of net zero developments.
“Nationally, heat pump installations rose by 50 per cent last year and solar panel fitting reached record levels. With new building rules now requiring electric vehicle chargers in new homes, these properties are designed to save people money today and keep them future-ready for years to come.
“Regent Place is a great example of how we can combine quality, affordability, accessibility, and sustainability to make a real difference in our communities. We’re proud to be playing a part in shaping a cleaner, more affordable future for Louth and the wider community.”
This development is part of our wider programme, which has delivered 400 much-needed homes for affordable and social rent, shared ownership and outright sale over the past four years.
