As an organisation, we don’t stand still. We’re always looking to improve our services and the things we can offer our customers.
One of the ways we strive for improvement is by undertaking independent research looking at various topics that surround our work. We also make recommendations as to how other organisations, including government and regulatory bodies, could change to improve the impact we all have on people’s lives.
