We’re delighted to announce that Acis Group has been shortlisted for the “Most Innovative Approach to Resident Welfare” category at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026, hosted by Housing Digital.
The awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at The ICC, Birmingham, celebrating organisations driving positive change in housing.
This recognition highlights our commitment to putting people first and creating safe, supportive communities across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, North Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Our innovation is MyConcern – a secure digital platform enabling staff to report safeguarding and welfare concerns quickly and confidentially. With QR code fobs carried by all employees, concerns can be raised in under two minutes, triggering immediate alerts to our designated safeguarding leads. This ensures swift action and tailored support for those who need it most.
In the past year alone, 256 concerns were raised and acted upon, thanks to this system and our incredible teams. From engineers spotting signs of vulnerability during home visits to contact centre staff noticing unusual patterns, our joined-up approach means no concern goes unnoticed.
Being named a finalist is a testament to the dedication of our colleagues and partners. Innovation matters because it saves lives, strengthens communities, and ensures no one is left behind.
