Our popular Clip Cafe on Queen Street, Market Rasen is moving to a brand new home.

On 10 February, the cafe closed its doors for the final time before relocating to the stunning new Grange Cafe and Hub - a converted former bank building a few steps away in the heart of Market Rasen on Market Place, which will host learning and training courses, and provide education, skills and employability support for the local community. The cafe, which will continue to be run by the same great Clip team, will be known as Grange Cafe and together with Grange Hub, form part of the exciting new Grange Collective project.

It is expected that the new cafe will open in April, however, customers can still find a selection of their Clip Cafe favourites in our temporary pop-up home at the Salvation Army venue on John Street, every other Monday and every Tuesday between 10am and 1pm from 23 February.

As well as the Grange Hub and Grange Cafe, the collective also includes Grange House – a conversion of the historic, Grade II listed Market Rasen House, being delivered with our partners Lincolnshire County Council and West Lindsey District Council, and funded through Homes England’s Affordable Homes Programme. The building will be transformed into 10 supported housing apartments offering access to 24‑hour care and support.

It also includes Grange Barn, an innovative, community‑focused social enterprise that will use the surrounding land and outbuildings to provide opportunities for local people to learn new skills in horticulture and crafting. Grange Barn will also offer a welcoming place for community groups to grow produce.
