Families across Gainsborough are invited to hop along to Park Springs Community Centre for a free, fun-filled Family Activity Day, hosted by Riverside, Clip and Acis Group.
The Easter Eggstravaganza is open to everyone on Thursday 16th April between 10.30am - 2.30pm at the centre on Riseholme Road.
There’s no need to book – people can simply drop in and enjoy a packed programme of creative, playful activities designed to bring families together.
The event is one of four Family Activity Days delivered by Riverside, Clip and Acis Group each year and is all about bringing families together to learn and play.
What’s on offer?
Children and grown-ups can look forward to a range of Easter-themed activities, including:
- Crafting tables with hands-on Easter makes
- A Lego play table
- Face painting
- Hot chocolate bunnies
- A variety of games with prizes to be won
- Easter egg giveaway
A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge, helping make the day accessible and welcoming for all.
Community partners coming together
This year’s event also brings together several valued local partners:
- Gainsborough Leisure Centre will be running games and activities, including outdoor sessions, to keep children active and engaged.
- Savoy Cinema will be attending with their much-loved old-style popcorn machine, handing out free popcorn throughout the day.
- West Lindsey District Council (WLDC) will be on hand with their Pride in Place survey board, giving residents the chance to share their views on how future government funding could be spent to improve the town.
The combination of fun activities and opportunities for community input reflects Acis Group’s commitment to supporting thriving, connected neighbourhoods.
