From 1 October 2026, all housing providers – including Acis – will need to publish clear, accessible information about how we manage our homes, tenancies and services.
Most of the information required under STAIRs is already publicly available and published on this website through existing regulatory requirements for housing providers. We’ll also share guidance ahead of the launch to help you easily find and use this information.
The STAIRs scheme covers things like:

Our senior staff and how we’re structured

How we spend rent and service charge income

Our policies, strategies and future plans

How we’re performing as your landlord
From 1 April 2027, tenants will also gain new rights to request specific information about how their homes and services are managed. When these requests come in, we’ll respond within 30 days.
We’ll keep this page updated and publish more details on how you can access STAIRs information well before the new requirements go live.
