Acis Group has announced the completion of its latest housing development in Louth, Lincolnshire, delivering 47 new energy‑efficient homes designed for modern living and long‑term sustainability.
Acis Group owns and manages nearly 7,000 homes across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and the Humber. Regent Place marks an important milestone as the organisation’s first development using modern methods of construction, featuring high‑quality timber‑frame homes.
Located on the site formerly known as Birch Road in the southeast of Louth, the now‑completed development – Regent Place – has been delivered in partnership with Danum Developments and supported by funding from Homes England and East Lindsey District Council.
The scheme provides a mix of one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom homes now available for rent and shared ownership, with shares starting from 10 per cent (subject to financial assessment).
In line with Acis Group’s commitment to tackling climate change and helping customers save on energy costs, every home includes the following features as standard:
- Electric vehicle charging point
- Solar panels
- Air source heat pump
Accessibility has also been prioritised, with four two‑bedroom bungalows built to accessible and adaptable standards.
Mark Jones, Director of Property Services at Acis Group, said: “Completing Regent Place is a significant achievement for Acis Group. These new homes not only address local housing needs but also reflect our commitment to building sustainable, future‑ready communities. By incorporating energy‑efficient technology such as heat pumps, solar panels and EV charging, we are helping residents reduce costs while supporting the national drive towards net zero. Regent Place shows what can be achieved when high‑quality design, affordability and long‑term sustainability come together.”
Councillor William Gray of East Lindsey District Council added: “We are very pleased to see the completion of Regent Place and to welcome these high‑quality, energy‑efficient homes to Louth. This development delivers much‑needed affordable housing while supporting our wider ambitions for sustainability and community wellbeing. The partnership behind this scheme demonstrates the positive impact collaborative working can have for local residents.”
Regent Place forms part of Acis Group’s wider development programme, which has delivered 400 much‑needed homes for affordable and social rent, shared ownership and outright sale over the past four years.
