Students from specialist education provider, Clip, are celebrating after achieving a 100% GCSE pass rate throughout Lincolnshire.

In maths, 50% of learners secured grade 4 or higher – significantly outperforming the post-16 resit average of 15.3%.

Meanwhile, 25% of Clip learners achieved a grade 4 or higher in GCSE English, exceeding the national post-16 resit average of 19.8%.

Reuben Bowden, who studies at Clip in Gainsborough, achieved Grade 5 in both English and Maths. He said: "I am so proud. Thank you to everyone at Clip for helping me!"

Meanwhile, Isobel Fairhall, who studied at Clip in Mablethorpe, and Kieran Shepherdson, who studied in Gainsborough, both achieved Grade 5s in Maths.

All came to Clip to benefit from its tailored support and personalised learning programmes.

Clip (which stands for Community Learning in Partnership) is owned by Acis Group, an innovative Lincolnshire-based charity that helps people and communities thrive through housing, education, employability and wellbeing services.

Richard Thorpe, Manager of Education and Skills for Acis Group, said: “We are incredibly proud of every learner who received their GCSE results. At Clip, we believe success should not be measured solely by traditional performance indicators. Every qualification achieved represents commitment, perseverance and personal growth, and all of our learners have demonstrated those qualities in abundance.

"To see 100% of our learners achieve a GCSE pass is a fantastic outcome. We are especially pleased that our learners achieved grade 4 and above outcomes in maths and English that exceeded national post-16 resit averages.

“Most importantly, these results reflect the hard work of our learners and the dedication of our staff who support them every step of the way."
