Our Annual Report to Tenants for 2025/26 is now available, showcasing another year of strong performance, investment and positive impact for customers and communities.

The report highlights achievements across housing quality, repairs, customer satisfaction, and support services, demonstrating how Acis Group continues to deliver on our commitment to provide great homes and support people to achieve their potential.

Investing in homes

Over the past year, we delivered 186 new homes while continuing to invest significantly in existing properties.

By securing external funding and working with partners, we've helped make homes warmer, more energy efficient and more affordable to live in. Customers benefited from more than £157,000 in annual fuel bill savings, while 281 homes saw their energy efficiency improved through a fully funded £5 million energy improvement programme delivered over the last two years.

Outstanding repairs performance

Providing an excellent repairs service remains one of our strongest areas of performance and we’re proud to say we’re sector-leading.

During 2025/26, colleagues completed 24,406 repairs while maintaining high service standards, including just 5.99 days to complete a repair. Customer satisfaction following a repair reached an impressive 97%, helping make repairs one of the key reasons customers continue to rate Acis so highly.

Customers influencing change

Customer feedback continues to play a vital role in shaping our services through the Your Voice platform

There are now more than 110 registered customers actively helping to shape our services and in 2025/26 we recorded more than 700 survey responses which have shaped everything from our service standards and newsletters to our neighbourhood priorities and tenancy standards.

Customer insight directly influenced improvements to lettable standards, communications, property inspections and tenancy information, ensuring services continue to reflect what matters most to customers.

Strong standards across the organisation

The report also highlights continued success in maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and service delivery.

During the year, we retained our G1/V2 Regulatory Judgement, achieved ISO 45001 accreditation from health and safety and the Cyber Essentials Standard – which demonstrates our commitment to protecting customer information - and retained our Customer Service Excellence accreditation.

These achievements reflect the dedication of colleagues across the business and our ongoing commitment to delivering safe, high-quality services.

Putting people first

The report also showcases progress in equality, diversity and inclusion, including achieving the Housing Diversity Network's ED&I accreditation and introducing practical adaptations to better meet the individual needs of customers.

Greg Bacon, Chief Executive of Acis Group, said: "Our latest annual report really demonstrates our commitment and investment in our homes and people to ensure customers live in safe, quality homes and communities.

“Our teams have worked so hard to deliver on our promises to customers and that determination is truly reflected in our customer satisfaction scores and achievements over the last 12 months.

“It is important to note that although we are performing well, and can proudly say we are sector-leading when it comes to repairs, we are not complacent and will continue to seek customer feedback to help us improve.”
