Acis Students has been recognised on the national stage after being shortlisted in three categories at the prestigious Property Week Student Accommodation Awards 2026.
The accommodation, which is part of Acis Group, provides nearly 1,700 bed spaces in Sheffield and Nottingham and has been named a finalist in:

The awards are among the most recognised in the country and celebrate excellence across the UK's student accommodation sector.
They recognise organisations that deliver outstanding experiences, innovative services and positive outcomes for students.
The triple shortlisting reflects Acis Students' commitment to providing safe, affordable and high-quality accommodation, while ensuring student wellbeing remains at the heart of everything it does.

Winners will be announced at the Property Week Student Accommodation Conference & Awards 2026, which takes place on 1 December 2026 at the Westminster Park Plaza in London.
