At Acis, we're committed to being open and transparent about how we manage our homes, deliver services and support our customers.
The new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements scheme (STAIRs) is being introduced across the social housing sector today (1st October 2026) to make it easier for customers to access information about their landlord's performance, services and decision-making.
As part of these changes, we are required to proactively publish key information and make it readily available to our customers.
To support this, we've launched a dedicated STAIRs information hub to bring together information about our services, performance, governance and how we operate as an organisation. You can view it here: https://www.acisgroup.co.uk/about-us/acis-stairs/
Paul Woollam, Director of Customer Excellence at Acis Group, said: “Although Acis has always been committed to openness and transparency when it comes to our performance and services, our new webpage makes it easier for people to find information in one place and reflects our ongoing commitment to accountability and customer transparency.
“You can also find information about our performance in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures report and Annual Report to Tenants which contain rich information about what we do, how we’re doing it and the impact we’re having.”
Further changes will come into effect from 1st April 2027, when customers will gain new rights to request certain information directly from us. We'll share more information about this process ahead of the changes taking effect.
In the meantime, we encourage customers to visit https://www.acisgroup.co.uk/about-us/acis-stairs/ to explore the information available and learn more about their rights under the new regulations.
