We’re launching a new Customer Challenge Group to encourage our customers to share their experiences and help us improve our services.
Together with our four face-to-face customer focus groups and our online feedback platform, Your Voice, the Challenge Group will become a critical forum for customers to improve how we do things.
Your opinions, ideas and contributions matter, and the Challenge Group will give members the opportunity to review what we do, suggest improvements and help work towards solutions that will benefit all of our customers.
Paul Woollam, Director for Customer Excellence at Acis Group, said: “We genuinely value what our customers say and are committed to ensuring feedback is not only sought, but is acted on by our teams.
“We already do a lot in this area, but the Challenge Group will take that one step further and allow us to really dig into details. We are looking forward to hearing customers challenge us on how we do things, suggest ideas and help us make things better.”
The Challenge Group will aim to meet for several reviews per year with a flexible hybrid approach, each meeting is hosted by Acis staff across a few key locations, including Gainsborough, Market Rasen and Woodthorpe Sheffield – with the opportunity for people to attend from home too.
At these meetings, attendees will be asked to review things like policies and proposed service changes plus raise any issues around their homes and communities.
Group members don’t need any special knowledge or training to take part, just be open to sharing your honest opinion and happy to work with us to better our services.
We know how busy life can be, and so we are not expecting interested customers to attend and take part in each review; you may be interested in certain topics only or can only give time every now and then and that is more than ok - we would love as many customers as possible to get involved.
Each customer who attends and takes part will be entered into our monthly prize draw of winning £25 Amazon vouchers.
