The nominations have been submitted, the judges have voted and now it’s almost time to announce the winners of Our Heroes 2022.
The winners of all four awards will be announced throughout next week (w/c 12 December) on our website and social media channels!
The annual awards celebrate all that is good in our communities from beautiful gardens to our people who make a difference.
And next week we reveal who will take home the awards for 2022.
Our first, and most longstanding, award is our Garden Guru award.
This award is given to someone who has created something wonderful and taken pride in the work they do in their garden.
Next, we have our Neighbour of the Year award.
This is for those selfless, positive and unsung members of a community whose efforts to make a positive impact have been valued by their peers.
We also have our Young Person of the Year award.
Given to a young person or group who have made a big, positive difference in their community.
And finally, there’s our Customer First award.
This award is given to one of our people who puts our customers at the heart of everything they do on a daily basis.
